Step By Step On Line Ordering

Shopping online with us is a lot like shopping at a retail store; you browse our site for the items you'd like, put them in a shopping basket, and complete your purchase at the check-out area. The only difference is, we're open 24 hours a day - seven days a week ...and you don't have to leave your home or office to shop!

Step I. Make Your Selections The first thing to do is browse our extensive inventory for the resources you need. Once you’ve found the first item on your shopping list, simply add it to your online shopping basket by clicking on the "Order" button. Just like a shopping basket in a retail store, this button is a holding place for your items until you are ready to purchase them. And, just like a retail store, you can always add or remove items from your basket and put them back on the shelves.

Step II. Add More Items or Change Your Mind Once you have added an item to your basket, you will be able to see that item in a table listing the item, price, and quantity ordered.

If you would like to continue browsing for more items, click on the "Continue Shopping" button, and you will return to our homepage to resume your search. When you find the next item on your list, just add it to your basket.

To review the items you’ve chosen at any time click on the "Show Order" button, located on every screen.

To remove an item from your basket, click on the box under the "Remove" column, then click on the "Update Basket" button.

Note: If you remove or change the quantity of an item in your basket without clicking on the "Update Basket" button, your changes will not be made.

Step III. Double Check Your Order When you are finished shopping, confirm your order by clicking on the button one last time to review the contents of your shopping basket. When you have made any final updates to your item selection and quantity, you are ready to make your purchase.

Paying online with your credit card is worry free with our encryption process and secure server. You also have the option to complete your order online and phone your card number into our Customer Service Department or print the fax-in form and fax it to our order department. We welcome wire transfers, and corporate account buyers may pay by purchase order. Find out more about our new corporate accounts.

Step IV. Check Out If you have filled your shopping basket with the all the items you’d like to purchase, and have confirmed the correct number of items, it’s time to checkout. Click on the Checkout button and you will be brought to a Sign In screen. This screen asks you whether you are a New Customer or a Repeat Customer.

If you are a first time customer, you will be creating your shipping and billing profile for the first time and will be asked to enter your e-mail address and password before filling in the address where you’d like your order shipped and the method of payment you prefer.

Step V. Get Ready to Enjoy Your New Purchases The moment your order is received, we will send you a confirmation e-mail containing the details of your order, the shipping method selected and an order confirmation number.

As soon as your order is shipped you’ll be notified in a shipping confirmation e-mail. This handy message will list your shipment method, carrier, and give you a shipment tracking number.
